Missing My Mother

Here it is this time of year again when I am reminded of how long it has been since I have got to hug my mother and tell her how much I love her. God gave me and my siblings the best mother in the world. She was always there for you and you could depend on her to pray for you and your children and your grandchildren and your spouse every single day. She was such a prayer warrior and such a lover of the Word. She loved Jesus with all her heart, mind and soul. She also loved my Dad the same way and each member of her family. She was a Proverbs 31 Mother! Her children called her blessed! Oh, Mother, how much I miss you. I wish you could hug all your new grandchildren. You would be so amazed at them. I wish to honor you in this post and to let others know how wonderful you were. I want all your grandchildren to know you. The ones that got to see you on this earth were blessed and the rest will see you in the Kingdom. Just know, that you and Dad started a great legacy and you will never be forgotten. I've continued on with praying for each family member just as I knew you did. I pray that your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren will continue to be godly examples and a light on a hill. Thank you for being my mother! Love, your daughter, Dottie

Number 31 Arrived!

Boy, are we ever blessed. Congratulations to Heather and Troy and family for their new baby boy, Ethan Chase Anderson. I hope the spelling is right. We can't wait to hold that little guy. You can see his picture on Tami's and Anna's blogs. I am at the San Francisco airport and not quite sure how to put it on my site but will wait for more pictures. He weight 9 lbs. and is sure a cutie.

I'm Here Again

Well, I am in Texas, and was looking at all the blogs. I don't remember how to bring in pictures yet but I am attempting an update. It was so great reading all of the things going on at home and in Arizona. I sure love our family. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful family and extended families. We have been in Texas for a Mannatech meeting for the past week. We will be going home on Tuesday. It has been a great week but still tiring being in meetings all day. Troy got in last night for a two day meeting and it was great seeing him. There was a storm so they had to turn his plane around and land in Oklahoma and wait on the runway until the weather cleared up. He was four hours late but made it safely. We were so excited to get our latest grandson, Jeb. He sure is a cutie. And, now, that grandma of many is growing. Heather is due in November (maybe on my birtday again like Kaylee) and Jodi is expecting in February but since she goes over a lot, maybe another birthday on hers and Grandpa Great's. Wouldn't that be exciting. We sure are looking forward to the next two. God is good! Of coure, that means are number will grow to 32 grandchildren. Well, once again, thanks for all the posts and keeping all of us update. I love to look at them and see the wonderful pictures and the great posts. Love, Grandma of Many, Mom, Aunt, Wife, and Sister, Dottie

Great News!

Well, this Grandma of Many keeps growing and being blessed. We have been on a trip and just found out that our 31st grandchild is on the way. Troy and Heather, congratulations! We are so excited for you and will be praying for a great pregnancy. Time is getting soon for Tami and we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of her 8th child around April 27th. She is doing great and looking great. I had the blessing of taking Tami, Alex, Collin, Anna and Cassie to a blue grass academy called Wintergrass in Washington. We didn't get much sleep but it was amazing to watch what they learn and to hear from many great bands. The day we returned home, I had 3 hours to get ready for a road tour for Mannatech. Ken and I went to Chattanooga, TN where we got to also visit with Hugh's Mom, Carmelita, and his sister, Carmann and Todd and their two children Samuel and Rhianna. I apologize if I spelled the names wrong. We then went to Baton Rouge, Louisianna and had a great group there and finally to Little Rock, Arkansas where I am right now. We will be heading home in a few hours and I am looking forward to seeing everyone. I've tried to keep up with the blogs while I was gone and I am so happy I can keep in touch this way. I love you all. Mom, Grandma Dot, Sister, Aunt etc.

Good to be back!

Well, it is good to be back. Hope everyone won't faint because I finally posted again. We have been pretty busy since we returned home from Hawaii. The grandchildren continue to amaze me with all of their accomplishments. The excelled in the speech tournament and in the chess tournament but have kept humble hearts. Tami only have 2 1/2 months left until our 30th grandchild is born and we are looking forward to the new baby. God sure is good. I want to share the link below: If you haven't seen this, it's worth the time to go to the site...
I guarantee you will watch spell-bound until the last drop of paint is put in place. Make sure your sound is turned up

I'm Back

Well, I just wanted to let everyone know that I am back. I haven't been able to blog as I couldn't get in to do it. Kenny just came over and fixed it for me. Thank you Kenny. I will have to relearn how to put pictures in but it will be a little longer. I am going to Hawaii in two days. We will be going on a cruise once we get there and stopping at four of the islands. Troy and Heather and Kaylee will be attending along with Kenny and Liisa and Noah. I'm sure they will be able to put some pictures up. Ken and I are looking forward to the trip and are happy that a couple of our grandchildren will be there. I will miss the rest.
